PlateVanish makes reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, shipping information, policies, and other website content accurate and current. If we discover a material error, we may correct the information and contact affected customers when appropriate. Historical, educational, or blog content may be provided for general informational purposes and should not be treated as professional advice.

4. Modifications to Services and Prices

Product prices may change without notice before an order is placed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a product or part of the service when reasonably necessary. Changes do not affect rights or obligations that already apply to a completed purchase except where permitted by law.

PlateVanish products are intended for lawful use in private, off-road, show, exhibition, photographic, and closed-course settings, as explained in Section 6.

Some products may be available exclusively online or in limited quantities. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, specifications, prices, and availability accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on a customer’s screen or device. We may limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction when reasonably necessary.

6. Product Usage and Legal Compliance

PlateVanish products are designed exclusively for lawful use in controlled private settings where their installation and operation comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Permitted uses may include:

• Racetracks and private closed-course environments.
• Garage displays and other private-property uses.

PlateVanish products may not be installed, activated, or used in any manner that violates local, state, provincial, federal, national, or international law.

Marketing materials, including photographs and videos, are intended to demonstrate product design and functionality in lawful private, off-road, show, photographic, or closed-course environments.

Customer responsibility: Before purchasing, installing, or using a PlateVanish product, you are responsible for reviewing and complying with every applicable law and vehicle regulation. PlateVanish assumes no liability for penalties, fines, property damage, injuries, or other consequences resulting from improper, prohibited, or unlawful installation or use.

7. Shipping

Shipping charges, handling times, transit estimates, tracking procedures, and supported destinations are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. Third-party tools are provided subject to their respective providers’ terms, conditions, and availability. Your use of an optional third-party tool is at your own discretion and risk.

12. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

If we discover an error affecting an order, we may correct the information and contact the customer with available options. If PlateVanish cannot fulfill an order as confirmed, we will cancel the affected order or item and refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

• To conceal or obstruct a license plate on a public road.

Violations may result in cancellation of an order, denial of warranty coverage where legally permitted, or termination of access to the service.

14. One-Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty

Eligible PlateVanish products include an express one-year limited warranty covering qualifying manufacturing defects under normal use. This may include eligible motor, mechanical, or electronic failures that were not caused by the customer. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered.

The limited warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, impacts, physical breakage, unauthorized repairs or alterations, improper wiring, normal wear and tear, use outside the product’s stated specifications, unlawful use, or other customer-caused damage.

Warranty claims, return-shipping responsibilities, and available resolutions are further described in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

15. Disclaimer of Other Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Except for the express one-year limited manufacturing warranty described above, any written guarantees expressly provided with a product, and rights that cannot legally be excluded, the website, services, and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that access to the website will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlateVanish and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, services, or products. This limitation does not apply to the express limited warranty or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold PlateVanish, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees harmless from claims or demands arising from your unlawful use of our products, breach of these Terms, or violation of another party’s rights.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.

18. Termination

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive termination. You may stop using our services at any time. We may terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have materially breached these Terms or used the service or products unlawfully.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our posted policies and any product-specific written terms, constitute the agreement between you and PlateVanish concerning use of the website and purchases from us. If these Terms conflict with an express written product warranty, the express written warranty controls for that warranty issue.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws applicable to PlateVanish in Arizona, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, products, practices, or legal requirements. Updated Terms become effective when posted. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that applied to an order when it was placed, except where required or permitted by law.
