This Shipping Policy explains how PlateVanish handles shipping and delivery for Stealth Plate Curtains and related products.
Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment.
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive order status and shipping information. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has shipped.

What Happens After I Place an Order?
You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and receipt. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, not including holidays. Products with customizations may take longer to process and ship.
If you do not see your confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you still have not received it, email support@platevanish.com with the subject line "Order Confirmation Not Received."
For custom items, we may contact you separately to confirm the required customization details. Custom items will be processed and shipped after we receive the required customization information.
Order Processing
After you place an order, our team begins processing it within 1-2 business days. Processing times may vary based on product availability and order volume.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods may be shown during checkout, including standard and expedited options where available. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at purchase and are based on the shipping address and selected delivery option.

How Do I Check My Order Status?
Track your order using the tracking number we send by email. If you have not received a tracking number after 5 business days, contact us at support@platevanish.com and we will assist you.
