Our Stealth Plate Curtains are designed to offer convenience and elegance to your space. However, we understand that there might be instances where you might need to initiate a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the process and conditions for requesting a refund.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Extensions are available if needed for an extra 5 days if the product is still in an unopened box / in brand new condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues (Defective Products)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For Our Defective products return is full free shipping. This means your shipping fee is USD 0.00 and the Re-stocking fee is USD 0.00.
For your responsibility (Customer Remorse)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item that you purchase by mistake doesn’t need any more or if the wrong products are so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For your remorse products, you have to bear a certain amount for return shipping. You will bear the Actual cost of return shipping. The Re-stocking fee is USD 0.00.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. So, refund processing time is 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You may be eligible for a refund if you meet the following conditions:
- You have purchased the Stealth Plate Curtains directly from our official website or authorized retail channels.
- You initiate the refund request within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Non-Eligible Items
- The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Stealth Plate Curtains that have been used, damaged, altered, or modified.
- Items without original packaging or missing components.
- Customized or personalized Stealth Plate Curtains.
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team by email at support@platevanish.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.
- Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process. You may be asked to provide photographs or videos of the product to assess its condition.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refund Criteria
Refunds will be processed based on the following criteria:
- If the Stealth Plate Curtains are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, a full refund of the product's purchase price will be issued.
- If the product is returned in a used or damaged condition, a partial refund may be issued based on the extent of damage or use.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Incorrect Address Information
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete address information when initiating a return. PlateVanish will not be liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer, including but not limited to missing unit numbers or other necessary address components. In such cases:
If the package is lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, the customer will bear the responsibility, and a refund may not be issued.
If the package can be located and redirected, additional shipping costs may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
