At PlateVanish, we want every order to arrive correctly and perform as expected. Please review the conditions below before requesting a return or refund.
30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Extensions may be available for an additional 5 days if the product is still unopened and in brand-new condition.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You purchased the Stealth Plate Curtains directly from our official website or an authorized retail channel.
- You initiate the return request within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The product is unused, undamaged, unaltered, and complete with all original components.

Fees
The following return and refund terms apply to orders from the United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Mexico, Vietnam, Taiwan, Latvia, Pakistan, and Sweden.
- Defective products: return shipping fee is USD $0.00 and restocking fee is USD $0.00.
- Customer remorse returns: customer pays the actual cost of return shipping and restocking fee is USD $0.00.
Damages and Defective Products
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. For approved defective-product returns, return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee.
Customer Remorse Returns
If you purchased the wrong product by mistake or no longer need the item, contact us so we can review the return request. For customer-remorse returns, you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. The restocking fee is USD $0.00.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Non-Eligible Items
- Stealth Plate Curtains that have been used, damaged, altered, or modified.
- Items without original packaging or missing components.
- Customized or personalized Stealth Plate Curtains.
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.
Refund Process
- Contact our Customer Support team at support@platevanish.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or refund request.
- Our support team will guide you through the return process and may request photos or videos of the product to assess its condition.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product. Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
Refund Criteria
- If the Stealth Plate Curtains are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, a full refund of the product purchase price will be issued.
- If the product is returned in used or damaged condition, a partial refund may be issued based on the extent of damage or use.
- Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Incorrect Address Information
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete address information when placing an order or initiating a return. PlateVanish is not liable for issues caused by incomplete or incorrect address details, including missing unit numbers or other required address components.
- If the package is lost because the customer provided incorrect address information, the customer is responsible and a refund may not be issued.
- If the package can be located and redirected, additional shipping costs may apply and will be the customer's responsibility.
