Return  and Refund Policy for Stealth Plate Curtains

We at PlateVanish are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Our Stealth Plate Curtains are designed to offer convenience and elegance to your space. However, we understand that there might be instances where you might need to initiate a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the process and conditions for requesting a refund.

 

We have a  14-day return policy, which means you have  14  days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

There is a 5% restocking  fee.

1. Eligibility for Refund: You may be eligible for a refund if you meet the following conditions:

  • You have purchased the Stealth Plate Curtains directly from our official website or authorized retail channels.
  • You initiate the refund request within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Eligible Items: The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Stealth Plate Curtains that have been used, damaged, altered, or modified.
  • Items without original packaging or missing components.
  • Customized or personalized Stealth Plate Curtains.
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.

3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Support team  by email at platevanish@skiff.com or call at   +1 (623) 271-0448  within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.
  • Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process. You may be asked to provide photographs or videos of the product to assess its condition.
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refund Criteria: Refunds will be processed based on the following criteria:

  • If the Stealth Plate Curtains are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, a full refund of the product's purchase price will be issued.
  • If the product is returned in a used or damaged condition, a partial refund may be issued based on the extent of damage or use.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

6. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
